Participation

Any manufacturing SME in an Objective 1 or 3 area in Wales can particiapte. It will suit those firms looking to identify innovative ways to train staff in the lastest business improvement techniques in a flexible and cost effective manner.
Getting involed will entail meeting with project staff to work out the 'mechanics' of participating, which will cover the selection and briefing of staff, plus the research requirements of the project. Once a plan of participation has been agreed, the company simply completes a registration form.
Note that there are no fees or costs associated with particpation, and a company is free to withdraw from the project at any time should circumstances dictate.
